So if you are planning on having your guests sit in the chairs for a long period of time I would not recommend these. These are good for picnics where you are only sitting in them for lunch
The premium folding chairs are made with high quality samsonite. These are well worth the money since they are very sturdy and fold well for storage. You may find some that have high-density foam as support which makes them comfortable and typically come in a black vinyl finish. They also come pre-assembled, are portable and very stable to site in. Some more expensive ones even come ergonomically designed.
Be wary of the Cosco padded folding chairs: only because there is one downfall: Part of the chair does not down enough to ensure a sense of stability. This was done to save space when folding them up but it makes it uncomfortable to sit in for any period of time
